The regular fit leaves room through the chest and body. This textured sweater is made from 80% cotton, 15% polyester and 5% spandex for a soft, breathable feel. Stretch in the fabric allows it to give as you move. It has full sleeves. The knitted fabric allows the sweater to flex as you move. For layering, compare the chest and shoulder measurements while allowing room for the top underneath. Check the body length to see where the lower edge will sit.
