How can I pay for my order at Indian Terrain?

We support the following modes of payment at Indian Terrain:

What should I do if payment fails?
In the unfortunate scenario of your payment failing, we will request you to try any other mode of payment. In case any amount gets debited from your account and your order still fails to be made, we will refund the amount to you through the same mode of payment made by you.

Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card Online At Indian Terrain.Com?
We do not store credit card information on our website. Your credit card information is safe with our payment solution providers - VISA, Rupay, Phonepe, paytm, net banking, mastercard, maestro etc.

Orders and Shipping

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once payment is done from your side, you will get a confirmation message saying that your payment was successful. Post this, you will receive an email and SMS from Indian Terrain saying that your order is confirmed.

Do you offer free shipping?
We ship all over India. We offer free shipping on all orders.

How do I check the status of my order?
The status of your order can be checked on the ‘Orders’ page under your account once your order is placed. Your order status will notify you whether your order has been shipped or not.

How do I check if Indian Terrain delivers to my pin code?
While placing your order, you have an option to enter your pin code on the same page to check if our delivery executives will be able to access your location or not.

Which Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship our products only within India, currently.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
At this point we are unable to offer overnight or expedited delivery service.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you want to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Can My Order be shipped To A Post Office Box?
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners you must include full address details including a street address for shipping.

Returns / Cancellations / Refunds

What’s your return policy?
All items are returnable. Up to 10 days from purchase. No questions asked! Yes, you heard it right!

How do I return something?
It's very simple. Place your Return Request via email to support@indianterrain.com. You will need to know your Order Number. The product should be unused, undamaged, and preserved in its original condition with all tags intact.

We coordinate the logistics for reverse pickups. Once the Garment has reached our warehouse, the full amount of your returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel any order or part of an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Any amount paid will be refunded using the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your garment has been received by us, we will process your refund. It takes approximately 5-7 days for the banks to reflect the credit.
